Q: Do you offer pickup for orders?

A: No. Because we are not a brick and mortar storefront, we do not offer pick up. We currently only offer delivery.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are closed on Monday and Tuesday. We are open from 10am to 7pm Wednesday through Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 12pm to 4pm on Sunday.

Q: How far do you deliver and how much is delivery?

A: We currently have no limit. We have delivered wedding cakes as far as 2 hours away. Our current delivery rate per mile is $0.69. However, tiered cakes have an additional delivery fee starting at $30 plus the mileage rate.

Q: Can an order be placed for same day delivery?

A: No. Everything is made from scratch and made to order. We don't offer any pre-made baked goods.

Q: How far in advanced do I need to place an order?

A: We require at least 72 hours notice for smaller orders. We recommend that you place your order at least one month in advance. For weddings, we require at least 45 days notice but recommend that you book with us at least 6 months in advance.

Q: Do you offer tastings?

A: Right now we don't offer tastings. We will send out an update via email to our subscribers once we start doing tastings again.

Q: How much are your cakes?

A: Our cakes start at $4.50 a serving and go up depending on flavor, design and size.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: For large orders and weddings, we require a non-refundable retainer of $125 or 25%, whichever is higher. This holds the date of your event. Orders for large events and weddings must be paid in full 21 days before the event date. For all other orders that are less than $175 a 50% deposit is required and payment must be made in full 10 days prior to the event.

Q: Can I pay for a cake upon delivery?

A: No.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: For weddings and large events, cancellations are allowed up to 60 days before the event. All monies will be refunded less the non-refundable retainer. If cancelled less than 60 days before the event all monies will be forfeited. For all other orders, if the cancellation happens 10 days or less before the event all monies paid will be forfeited. If it is 11 or more days before the event, 75% of the total cost of the order will be refunded.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not refund orders once they have been delivered. If the order wasn't delivered due to client cancellation, our cancellation policy will apply.

Q: Do you offer cakes with licensed characters or trademarked images?

A: Unfortunately, no.

Q: Are you able to make a cake with an edible image or picture?

A: Yes. We have the ability to print edible images.

Q: What is the shelf life of your cakes?

A: Because our desserts are made from scratch with no preservatives, our cakes are best enjoyed the day of. If you have left over cake, it can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
